Da Kui suddenly let out a strange yell, "By my grandmother, why is there a foreigner lying in this coffin?"
Several people quickly gathered around.
Without a word, Wu Sanye slapped Da Kui on the back and scolded, "Damn it, have you no memory? Do you think you can just open any coffin you like?"
Da Kui looked wronged, "Master Wu, this coffin was already opened when I arrived. I only lightly nudged it."
Wu Sanye glared at him, then leaned in for a closer look—it really was a foreigner inside, and the body was still fresh.
Panzi instinctively took an iron rod and tried to flip the foreigner over to check for any treasures underneath.
But Little Brother suddenly grabbed Panzi’s shoulder with immense strength, making Panzi grimace in pain.
"Don’t move, the main person is underneath," Little Brother said.
Wu Sanye looked carefully, then took out a black donkey hoof whip, intending to act first.
"Who’s there?!" Zhang Wuxun suddenly shouted sharply in one direction.
Everyone was startled and quickly grabbed their weapons.
Panzi aimed his gun at the eerie, enormous black shadow and was about to fire a single bullet.
Zhang Wuxun guessed this person must be one of the Iron Triangle, Wang Yueban, nicknamed Fatty, because only he would come up with such a brilliant idea to scare people.
Seeing Panzi about to pull the trigger, Zhang Wuxun panicked. Panzi’s marksmanship was precise; if he really hit, Fatty wouldn’t survive. He hurriedly threw a silver dart first.
Crack! Something shattered.
The shadow let out a shriek and jumped up to run.
Wu Xiaoxie quickly grabbed Panzi’s wolf-eye flashlight and shone it over.
Under the white light, a bulky figure nimbly avoided obstacles on the ground and slipped out through a door crack, disappearing without a trace.
Panzi cursed and was about to give chase, but Little Brother beat him to it.
A few people were left exchanging glances.
Panzi still wanted to pursue, but Wu Sanye stopped him with a hand. "Go find where he came out from."
Panzi and Wu Xiaoxie split up to search while Zhang Wuxun stared at the door crack for a moment before deciding to take a look.

Stepping out through the door crack, outside was a wide corridor sloping upward. Zhang Wuxun turned to look back and saw a massive jade door ahead. The door’s mechanism had been violently destroyed—probably blown up by Fatty using explosives.
Beside the door stood two grotesque, pitch-black demon statues, one holding a ghostly claw, the other supporting a seal.
Zhang Wuxun leaned in for a closer look. He had never seen a real ghost seal, so he wasn’t sure if this seal resembled one.
Lost in thought, he suddenly heard Wu Xiaoxie’s panicked shout, "Third Uncle?!"
Zhang Wuxun hesitated. He knew this was a test from Wu Sanye for Little Brother, but hearing the slightly tearful tone, he couldn’t bear it. He sighed, turned off his flashlight, and leaned against the jade door, waiting.
Inside the chamber, Wu Xiaoxie was utterly flustered. He had just lifted an item dropped by Fatty from the side chamber and realized the entire main tomb was empty—aside from the coffin and the foreigner’s shell, there was no sign of any living person.
He had been so engrossed that he hadn’t noticed when Third Uncle and the others left.
Wu Xiaoxie thumped his head, bitterly regretting.
He circled the tomb again, noticing the bag holding Zhang Wuxun’s large jade urn was still there. He thought to himself, “This is a precious item; how could Mu Yu just leave it here?”
Could something urgent have happened that forced Mu Yu and Third Uncle to leave without informing him?
The more he thought about it, the more plausible it seemed.
Suddenly, the open stone coffin emitted a noise. Wu Xiaoxie shone his miner’s lamp inside and was terrified—the foreigner had actually sat up!
Inwardly praying that the foreigner was merely bored and doing sit-ups, he quietly chanted prayers for protection and cautiously approached the bag holding the large jade urn. He tried to lift it but found it too heavy, so he gave up with an apology in his heart and quickly slipped back into the side chamber.
Outside, Zhang Wuxun waited, thinking that if Little Brother found no one inside, he would surely come out looking for them.
The original looter’s tunnel had been blocked by them, so Little Brother could only exit through the door crack.
But after a while, no one appeared.
Zhang Wuxun was puzzled. Could he have fainted from fear? No, Little Brother wasn’t that timid.
Clicking his tongue, Zhang Wuxun turned on his flashlight and resigned himself to going inside to search.
He circled the spacious tomb several times but found no one.
Just then, perhaps having absorbed enough vitality, the master of the opened stone coffin tossed off the foreigner trapped on top and leapt out.
Zhang Wuxun was startled, shining his flashlight to find a black-furred zombie. His heart skipped a beat.

Good heavens, Little Brother wouldn’t have been taken by this black creature, would he?
That would be a disaster.
The black-furred zombie bared two long fangs and roared as it lunged at Zhang Wuxun.
Zhang Wuxun was brooding over what to do when this sudden attack interrupted him, igniting his fury.
He swiftly dodged the first strike, then delivered a sweeping kick that knocked the zombie down. As it rose, he threw three silver darts in a triangular formation to block it.
This black-furred zombie was mid-level among zombies, covered entirely with hair, hideously ugly, immune to sunlight and fire, and most importantly, well-defended.
Zhang Wuxun’s silver darts could only temporarily restrain it; to truly eliminate it, specialized zombie-killing tools like the black donkey hoof were necessary.
Speaking of the black donkey hoof, Zhang Wuxun cursed Wu Sanye in his heart. Damn it, knowing full well this thing was a feral zombie, he hadn’t even left a black donkey hoof behind. Which uncle is as stingy as him with his nephew?
The silver darts clanged against the black-furred zombie’s body, sparks flying with flickers of electricity.
"Damn..." Zhang Wuxun muttered in frustration.
This was the only method he could try.
He planted one hand on the ground and executed a backflip over the zombie’s head, using the stone coffin for momentum and constant movement to evade it. Seizing the opportunity, he slipped behind the zombie, leapt up, and clamped his knees around its neck. As it opened its mouth to roar, Zhang Wuxun quickly shoved a silver dart with a triggered mechanism inside. Then he kicked it forward, causing it to stagger, and jumped onto the stone coffin nearest the right side chamber. Rolling inside, he quickly covered his ears against the wall, crouching low.
Boom! The entire tomb shook violently.
Dust and powder rained down on the back of Zhang Wuxun’s neck.
"Damn it!" Zhang Wuxun stood up, bent over, and shook his collar several times.
Doggy stealthily poked its head out of the side chamber, shining a light. Haha, sure enough, more than half of that black creature had been blown away.
Zhang Wuxun’s silver darts actually came in two types: ordinary eight-pointed spinning darts and eight-pointed silver darts.
Though similar in appearance, the eight-pointed silver darts contained a small mechanism that, once triggered, combined two special explosive pellets inside within three seconds. Separately harmless, when combined and slightly rubbed together, they caused a powerful explosion.
This was one of Zhang Wuxun’s own killer tricks.
