Outside the outskirts of Tokyo, the Black Organization's armed base.

Gin, the ace of the Black Organization's action squad and the notorious figure, stood right in front of the central computer screen inside the base, glaring with an extremely sinister expression at the image displayed on the big monitor.

On the other side of the screen was Gin's old acquaintance, the image of the Black Organization's second-in-command, Rum.

Rum appeared quite leisurely at the moment. Reclining on a sofa with a lit cigar in one hand, he looked unhurriedly at Gin inside the armed base and said, "Gin, stop while you're ahead. The commotion you're making is too large, and it might end up affecting the organization's plans."

"What plan? The plan for Pinga to infiltrate the Pacific Buoy?" Gin sneered unceremoniously.

He couldn't understand why Rum could still maintain such a calm and collected demeanor. Was it because the dead Black Organization members didn't belong to the outposts under Rum's direct jurisdiction, so he didn't care at all?

Didn't Rum know that if this Yan Shuangying kept wandering around Tokyo, it wouldn't just be the Boss's interests that were compromised, but the interests of the entire Black Organization? Rum had businesses of his own in Tokyo as well; didn't he worry that one day Yan Shuangying would wipe out all of his enterprises in one fell swoop?

"Humph, enough, Gin, you are being too arrogant! I am the second-in-command of this organization; watch your status and your words!"

Rum abruptly snapped his cigar in half, his tone sharply intensifying as he spoke with a hint of anger.

Curaçao, standing behind the sofa, glanced at the screen, feeling somewhat astonished at Gin's furious yet utterly helpless reaction toward Rum—after all, Gin had always been the type to settle scores without waiting overnight. Even if she was Rum's second-in-command, Gin would dare to take direct action and kill her if she provoked him.

Throughout the entire organization, only Rum, Curaçao, and the Boss—who had never once shown his face since she joined the organization—dared to speak to Gin like that without fearing his retaliation.

"This matter requires no further discussion. In my view, Yan Shuangying does not pose that great of a threat! When all is said and done, he's just a petty urban legend from some small place. If he truly were someone remarkable, I would know of his exploits—but I don't, which proves this fellow is nothing special. The reason Irish died at his hands is simply because Irish had just arrived in Beika Town and dropped his guard. As for Calvados? The one who killed him wasn't Yan Shuangying, but the newly emerged Rye Whiskey!"

As Rum spoke to Gin, he leaned back onto the sofa once more, finally concluding with his last remarks: "Unless you can make me truly and tangibly witness the destructive potential of this urban legend called Yan Shuangying, forget about the plan to rig explosives in the National Stadium and use fifty-seven thousand spectators as hostages to draw out and assassinate Yan Shuangying! Or, you can directly ask that person for instructions; if that person agrees, then so be it!"

If that person hadn't been silent for the past few days, could you possibly have blocked my action plan?

Gin's gaze narrowed slightly, carrying rolling waves of murderous intent.

However, right as Gin could no longer suppress his murderous intent and anger, and was about to spit out a few harsh threats to Rum, the communicator hanging at the waist of Vodka, who was standing behind Gin, suddenly rang out.

Beep, beep—beep, beep——

Gin instantly turned his gaze toward the communicator, his brow furrowed slightly. He asked, "Which channel is the communicator showing?"

Vodka removed the communicator, hurriedly flipped it over to look at the letters displayed on the screen, and then said, "It's the K3 channel, the communication channel for the outpost we just left!"

The K3 channel? The outpost they just left? Why would that outpost be sending a message at a time like this?

Gin snatched the communicator straight out of Vodka's hand, flicked on the communication function, and pressed it to his ear. "I am Gin, what is it?"

Only to hear the sound of continuous gunfire echoing from the other end of the communicator!

Just by hearing the sound, Gin knew that outpost was most likely in deep trouble. He asked bluntly, "Who is attacking the outpost? How many people? What is their background?"

Hearing Gin's words, both Vodka, as well as Rum and Curaçao on the other side of the screen, were somewhat surprised, prompting a trace of investigative curiosity regarding the communication on Gin's end.

Normally, it was almost exclusively the Black Organization attacking the outposts of other factions, never other factions attacking the Black Organization's outposts—even if other factions wanted to attack, it was virtually impossible for them to find the locations of the outposts.

Yet judging by Gin's words, had one of the organization's outposts within Tokyo been attacked by another faction?

"It's just one person! It's that urban legend known as [Half-Man, Half-Ghost, First-Class Sharpshooter]! It's Yan Shuangying!" The voice came from the other side of the communicator.

The commander of the organization's outpost using the communicator shouted loudly, "He has already killed most of the brothers in the outpost! Now there are only five or six of us holding out on the sixth floor!"

"That guy brought grenades, submachine guns, bombs, and flying knives! I can already hear the sound of police sirens! Big Brother Gin, for the sake of the organization, save us! Aren't there other outposts nearby? As long as a squad is sent to provide cover, we can definitely break through—"

Bang! Bang! Bang!

The harsh sound of gunfire transmitted from the other end of the communicator.

Clearly, the organization's peripheral member who claimed he could break through was merely talking nonsense, because in all probability, he was already dead, having perished under the guns of that urban legend, Yan Shuangying.

Gin expressionlessly hung up the communicator, which was now emitting a busy signal.

He raised his head and looked at Rum on the screen, whose expression had likewise turned gloomy.

Just as the person on the other end had mentioned there was only a single assailant, Gin had already turned on the speakerphone, amplifying the sound from the other end of the communicator to the point where everyone in the central room could hear it clearly. This naturally included Rum, who was using the organization's central computer to converse directly with Gin, as well as Curaçao standing behind Rum.

"Rum, you should have heard it," Gin said in an indifferent voice.

Then, he tossed the communicator backward, where it was caught precisely by Vodka.

He continued, "Vodka, call the members at the other outposts. Tell them there is a traitor within the organization who has leaked their coordinates, and that one outpost has already been completely wiped out by the authorities. They must relocate immediately."

Vodka immediately walked a short distance away, dialed other channels on the communicator, and began transmitting Gin's orders.

Seeing this scene, Rum finally cracked. He rested his chin in both hands and said, "I suppose... your plan doesn't seem quite so unfeasible after all."

"Gin, what percentage of certainty do you have that you can take down this Yan Shuangying?"
