Hojo Kyosuke walked into the open space at the center of the park, waiting leisurely for the arrival of the Tokyo Manji Gang.

"Kiyomasa!"

A group of people wearing black special-attack uniforms approached. Upon seeing Kiyomasa Takamasa lying on the ground wailing, a delinquent with a particularly fierce expression immediately shouted.

"Vice Captain!"

Hearing the call, Kiyomasa Takamasa scrambled to his feet and stumbled toward the main group.

"Hey, you bastard! Was it you who beat our men into this state?" a chubby man with "Third Division Captain" written on his uniform asked, his expression menacing.

"Yeah, I suppose so."

Kyosuke looked at Kiyomasa’s twisted arm and blood-stained face. *Tch, Kisaki, you said you’d be careful not to overdo it.*

In the two fights he had engaged in previously, his opponents had only sustained minor injuries—the kind that would heal by the next day—since there was no deep-seated enmity between them.

"Charge! Avenge Kiyomasa!" the short, fat captain roared, rushing toward Kyosuke first.

The world of these delinquents is like that; they rarely distinguish between right and wrong. Most of them are just idiots. They only know that if their brother is bullied, they must retaliate.

"Captain, be careful! That guy is a bit tough!" Kiyomasa shouted hastily.

"I brought everyone from the Third Division. You don't actually think this kid can defeat so many people alone, do you?" Pah-chin, the captain of Toman’s Third Division, said without looking back.

Hearing this, Kiyomasa closed his eyes in relief and went back to wailing on the ground.

Listening to his comrades shouting nearby, Kiyomasa felt happy. *Those guys are going to get beaten up pretty badly. And that blonde guy with the glasses—I’m definitely going to knock out eight of his teeth!*

A few minutes later, the surrounding environment grew quiet, forcing Kiyomasa to open his eyes.

"What... what is this?!"

He saw that all of his Third Division men were lying on the ground. Only that brat with the bamboo sword remained standing in place, while the kid nearby—the one called Hanagaki something—was still cheering and shouting happily.

"Hey, is this all of you from Toman?"

Kyosuke swung his sword casually, his tone unpleasant.

His warm-up hadn't even finished yet, and everyone had already fallen. It felt so unsatisfying.

"H-how is this possible! This was only the Third Division! We have five divisions in Toman!"

Looking at Kyosuke, whose clothes didn't have a single wrinkle even after taking down so many people, Kiyomasa was filled with terror.

"Then hurry up and call them all over. Honestly, you're wasting my time." Kyosuke looked up at the sky; the sun had already dipped halfway down.

"Only the captain has the President's contact information," Kiyomasa replied tremblingly.

"Is it that fat guy?"

"Yes, he is the captain of our Third Division."

"Hey, wake up." Kyosuke kicked the fat man who had been knocked out cold by a single strike to the head.

"You bastard!" Pah-chin grabbed his forehead and sat up.

When it came to hitting people, Kyosuke had a special technique: it was painful, but it wouldn't leave behind injuries that could be used as evidence. So, when Pah-chin woke up, he only felt a bit dizzy and had a sharp pain in his forehead.

"Hurry up and call the rest of Toman over. Don't come in waves like this. What is this, am I playing a game? Are you treating this like a boss rush?"

Seeing the fat man still looking defiant, Kyosuke kicked him again with more force.

"I don't need you to tell me! Just wait—Mikey will kick you flying in no time."

Despite saying that, Pah-chin felt a sense of unease. Recalling the monster-like performance of this person just moments ago, his confidence in Mikey suddenly wavered.

"Mikey, we've been defeated, at Tonima Park. Yes, sir!"

Pah-chin nodded repeatedly at the phone. Listening to his President's calm yet domineering voice, he regained his confidence.

"The President and the main force will be here soon. If you're scared, you'd better run!"

"Hey, Kisaki, are you still going to treat me to a late-night snack? I'm hungry again."

Kyosuke walked back to where Kisaki Tetta and the others were resting, grinning. The Italian food earlier was delicious; he hadn't expected someone whose family ran such high-end restaurants to become a delinquent.

"You have the nerve to say that!"

Kisaki Tetta gritted his teeth as he said this, then pulled out his wallet and snapped it open, showing that it was completely empty.

If it weren't for the fact that the waiter had given them a discount out of respect for the President, Kisaki would have had to call his family to send money just to pay the bill.

"Hahaha, I told you before, I have a huge appetite. I was just being modest back at school."

"I knew you ate a lot, but I didn't think it was to this extent," Kisaki said painfully.

"Well, you can't blame me entirely. Who told them to serve such small portions? How about this: next time you want to treat me, we'll just go to an all-you-can-eat buffet, okay?" Kyosuke chuckled.

"You still want a next time?" Kisaki snapped.

"Hehe, oh, the Toman guys are here again. They're actually quite fast."

The roar of motorcycles provided Kyosuke with a reprieve.

"Their members all live nearby, so of course they're fast. President, be careful of that 'Mikey.' Although he's a middle schooler, many upperclassmen delinquents have been defeated by him. Also, are you really sure you don't need backup? After all, this is the full-strength Toman, not just a few small-fry like before."

"Ah, do you think there's anyone in all of Tokyo stronger than me?"

Kyosuke picked up his bamboo sword, swung it casually, and smiled at Kisaki before walking toward the center of the arena to wait for Toman's arrival.

With every battle, Kyosuke could feel his strength increasing. The "Kendo Talent" reward only required him to keep swinging his sword to convert it into real power. Even just repeating basic sword drills mechanically, he could clearly feel his progress, let alone fighting so many people.

Compared to his fight with the Moebius gang, he was probably twice as strong now.

Kisaki Tetta was infected by his President’s confident smile. He immediately took out his phone and called Maki Kyosuke. Before coming, he had confirmed that the "Biker Angels," including their two division heads, were having dinner in the Shinjuku district next to Shibuya.

He had invited Kyosuke and himself, but they had declined because they were looking for Hanagaki Takemichi. As someone who fancied himself a mastermind, Kisaki would never rush into someone else's turf to stir up trouble without making preparations.

Although he had acted confident in Kyosuke’s combat prowess earlier, he wouldn't let his guard down. Toman was not a low-tier organization like Moebius; they had defeated the Ninth Generation Black Dragons right after their formation and were growing rapidly, appearing on the verge of dominating Shibuya.

After quickly calling Maki Kyosuke and ensuring they would arrive with men immediately, Kisaki looked at his boss. If Kyosuke really couldn't handle it, he would jump in and fight alongside him!

Delinquents wearing black special-attack uniforms poured in from the perimeter of the park, quickly encircling the open space until not a single gap remained.

A short blonde boy draped in a special-attack uniform walked out with an inexplicable aura as the crowd parted for him.

Looking at him, Kyosuke felt as if an unknown BGM was playing in his ears.

*Damn, so this uniform isn't meant to be worn, it's meant to be draped over the shoulders! I'll do that next time.*

Kyosuke grumbled internally, but then he thought about it—not everyone had long legs like his. If that shorty opposite him wore the trench-coat-style uniform properly, paired with that shoulder-length golden hair, he’d probably look like a Disney princess on the run.

*What a pity. This guy looks like a protagonist. Why couldn't he be a girl?*

Kyosuke stared at the shorty's head, hoping to see a cursor.
