At that, the box bearer suddenly understood. Then, looking excited, he trotted over to Yin Shiqi.

“So it is you, Senior Yin Shiqi!”

“Shun, shouldn’t you be training on Andromeda Island? What brings you to the Tibetan Plateau?” Yin Shiqi asked with a smile.

The handsome young man with grass-green hair and two Cloth boxes on his back was none other than Daedalus of Cepheus’s disciple.

He was also one of Athena’s five most trusted warriors in Yin Shiqi’s memories—and in this life, the body chosen by Hades.

Although his nature was gentle and frail, making him look very much like a tender young girl, an exceptionally terrifying power of Cosmo lay hidden within his body. He was not someone whose strength could be judged by appearances alone.

After all, even the awakening of the soul of Hades dwelling within him would be suppressed. From that alone, one could imagine how powerful Shun truly was.

Yet his weak and gentle nature likewise restrained him from using his own strength, making him appear extraordinarily timid and helpless.

“My master instructed me to bring the Cepheus Cloth and the Chameleon Cloth to Jamir and ask Mr. Aries Mu to repair them,” Shun said with a cheerful smile.

“The Cepheus Cloth and the Chameleon Cloth?”

Only then did Yin Shiqi notice that neither of the Cloth boxes on Shun’s back contained the Andromeda Cloth he remembered Shun acquiring.

“Why didn’t Daedalus and June come themselves?” he asked suspiciously.

Having trained in Sanctuary for several years, he had committed every active Saint to memory.

June was the Bronze Saint of Chameleon, Shun’s senior apprentice sister, and one of Daedalus of Cepheus’s disciples.

Shun grimaced. “Master said he wanted to use this opportunity to temper my abilities, so he sent me alone to Jamir with the two Cloths.”

“Still, now that I’ve run into Senior Yin Shiqi, the rest of the journey should be much easier.”

As he spoke, his expression relaxed somewhat.

“Then you’re going to be disappointed!” Yin Shiqi shook his head helplessly. “I only arrived here not long ago myself, and I haven’t found Mr. Mu’s secluded dwelling yet.”

“Oh…”

Shun was visibly disappointed.

Yin Shiqi immediately continued, “If I remember correctly, the chains of the Cepheus Cloth can search for a target. Why don’t you bring it out and give it a try?”

As he spoke, he cast a meaningful glance at the silver Cloth box on the young man’s back.

“That won’t work,” Shun said earnestly, shaking his head. “The chains of the Cepheus Cloth can only search by following an enemy’s hostility or the presence of their Cosmo.”

“Mr. Mu is living in seclusion here in Jamir, with no connection to us whatsoever. The chains of the Cepheus Cloth simply cannot locate him.”

“Then there’s nothing for it.” Yin Shiqi sighed. “We’ll have to search slowly, one step at a time.”

“Yes!”

Shun nodded firmly. “With Senior Yin Shiqi here, I believe we’ll certainly find Mr. Mu’s secluded dwelling.”

“Based on my analysis, Mr. Mu should be hiding somewhere in a ravine at the foot of these mountains. We’ll split up and search separately. That should save us quite a bit of time,” Yin Shiqi suggested.

“Yes. We’ll do as you say, Senior.”

Shun offered no objection.

Feeling the young man’s unreserved trust and admiration, even Yin Shiqi’s thick skin could not keep him from feeling slightly embarrassed.

Shun was simply too innocent.

So innocent that no one could bear to hurt him.

No matter what happened, Yin Shiqi had to prove himself worthy of that unconditional trust.

“If you discover anything, remember to notify me,” he reminded him once more.

Then Yin Shiqi headed to the right, preparing to resume his search.

After taking two steps, he turned back and pointed toward the foot of the mountain directly beneath Mount Everest.

“I’ve already searched over there, so don’t waste your time going that way!”

With that, he turned and walked off to the right without looking back.

“Understood, Senior!”

Shun replied happily. Carrying the two Cloth boxes, he turned and went to search the left side.

About two hours later, Yin Shiqi arrived at a strange ravine.

The ground was covered with countless dense, razor-sharp stone spikes. Numerous stone pillars rose from the earth, supporting a narrow stone path that wound toward the depths of the valley.

He also noticed that many white skeletons hung from the pointed stone spikes, while the ground was carpeted with weathered, shattered bones.

It was impossible to know how many lives had been buried here.

At the sight of this scene, he nodded inwardly.

“This must be the place.”

Such a distinctive landscape could never have formed naturally. Clearly, someone had shaped it afterward.

In other words, someone most likely lived at the end of this winding path.

And that person was probably Aries Mu.

“Shun, come quickly! I think I’ve found Mr. Mu’s secluded dwelling!”

Standing at the entrance to the ravine, Yin Shiqi sent the message to Shun through telepathy.

“Yes, I’m coming!”

Upon receiving the message, Shun immediately set off with the two Cloth boxes on his back, following the source of the telepathic transmission.

At the same time, on the opposite side of the ravine where Yin Shiqi stood, Kiki sensed that someone had trespassed.

He had concealed a warning line formed from psychic power at the entrance to the ravine. The moment anyone touched it, he would know that an intruder had arrived.

Since the warning line possessed no offensive power and served purely as an alarm, no one could detect it after he concealed it, making it very easy to trigger.

“Mr. Mu, I’m going out for a while! I’ll be back soon!”

He called toward the stone tower behind him, then hurried toward the opposite end of the ravine.

No one had come here for quite some time. Now that someone had finally entered, he intended to have some fun.

Inside the stone tower, Mu was busy handling the remnants of a Cloth. He shook his head.

How could he not know that Kiki was preparing to toy with the intruders again?

Kiki was not the only one who had placed warning lines at the entrance to the ravine. Mu had set up quite a few himself.

After all, this was his secluded dwelling. If an enemy slipped in unnoticed, it would cause no end of trouble.

Thus, he knew perfectly well what Kiki had gone off to do.

Kiki was also a member of his clan, his direct disciple, and the designated candidate to become the next Gold Saint of Aries.

Unfortunately, Kiki was still too young to understand the responsibilities a Gold Saint had to bear. He had no interest in training whatsoever and spent every day playing around, which caused Mu endless frustration.

All he could do was silently hope that, as Kiki grew older, the boy would come to understand his painstaking efforts and stop neglecting his training so badly.

The Holy War was drawing very near.

Mu could not guarantee that he would survive until the end of this Holy War.

He had to prepare early and pass on the legacy of the Jamir clan and Aries to Kiki.

At the entrance to the ravine, Yin Shiqi waited for nearly a minute before he saw Shun racing toward him in the distance, the two Cloth boxes on his back.

“Is Mr. Mu’s secluded dwelling at the end of that narrow path?”

After glancing at the heaps of white bones hanging from the stone spikes, Shun asked nervously.

The path looked rather dangerous.

“This should be the place. Let’s go.”

Yin Shiqi called to him, then led the way onto the perilous path suspended above the dense forest of stone spikes.
