“Dragon Brother, what’s the final reward?” Xiao Xi asked.

“Hurry up and tell me—do I get any gear?” Xiao Ai was anxious too.

I said, “There is gear, but it’s for Xiao Xi. By the way, Xiao Xi, what level are you now?”

Xiao Xi replied, “Level 43.”

“That’s fast progress,” I commented.

“Not really, I’ve been tagging along with a professional leveling team for a few days to soak up experience. Hey Dragon Brother, what about the gear I use?”

I immediately summoned Amaterasu and the Sonic Werewolf. I gave Xiao Xi a faint smile and said, “Here we go. Let’s see who can rack up more kills.”

Xiao Xi teased, “Dragon Brother, you’re really something.”

I laughed, “I’m just a summoner with hardly any attack power…”

Xiao Xi grinned, “If it were someone else, maybe. But you, Dragon Brother... never mind. Today, I’ll show you that archers are formidable too!”

Suddenly, a sharp command rang out as Xiao Xi launched herself diagonally through the gaps between two giant horned beasts.

Her daring move drew the two monsters’ attention instantly, and they swarmed her. But in the next moment, a fiery blast erupted from her weapon, striking one of the beasts. Enraged, it charged with a massive horn.

With lightning-fast reflexes, Xiao Xi dodged the attack, leapt up, and used the beast’s massive body for leverage. Her body soared high into the air, flipping upside down. “Piercing Arrow!” she shouted, unleashing a special skill without hesitation. A silver arrow hissed through the air, piercing straight through the giant beast’s enormous head.

I was stunned, unable to hold back a shout: “Amazing!”

“Today, Sonic Werewolf and Amaterasu will feast!” I laughed heartily and charged forward with my summons.

Under our fierce assault, the giant horned beasts fell one by one. Soon, the last three emitted roars, howls, and wails before collapsing.

Catching our breath after clearing all the beasts, we checked the quest and found one was still missing. Then, from a distant pile of huge stones, something stirred.

Each boulder trembled and shifted, slowly revealing an enormous horned beast. It let out a thunderous roar, its eyes glowing with two bright green orbs, each the size of a baby’s head, fixed intently on us.

I said, “Alright! The final challenge is here.” The Giant Horned Beast King took two heavy steps forward, then suddenly stopped.

Behind it, a large passageway appeared. Curiously, I glanced sideways and caught sight of a figure darting in the distance, followed closely by several others. It looked like a chase was unfolding as they rushed toward us.
